Christine Donohoe is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and co-founder of CS Neuropsychology, where she serves as Director of Clinical Services. She provides individual psychotherapy for adults and minors experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment concerns, and other emotional challenges, using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and client-centered approaches.

Christine brings more than a decade of experience in inpatient and forensic mental health. At Napa State Hospital, she has provided individual and group therapy, DBT skills groups, competency restoration groups, and sex offender treatment, and has served as a liaison between patients, families, county agencies, and the courts. She completed more than 100 hours of advanced DBT training and was integral to implementing DBT at Napa State Hospital, where the program became a statewide model. She has also served as a Senior Social Work Supervisor at Napa State Hospital and at Mule Creek State Prison.

As Director of Clinical Services, Christine leads the development of the practice's clinical services, building the systems and referral networks that support accessible, high-quality, community-based care. She conducts immigration evaluations and, working alongside Dr. Velázquez, has been training in forensic record reviews. She also supervises bachelor's- and graduate-level social work interns from Sacramento State and Cal State East Bay. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Social Work from Sacramento State University, and trauma-informed care principles guide her work with every client.
